The cottage was picture perfect with a lovely garden - we would have preferred to know that it’s not completely private but we actually enjoyed watching the comings and goings! The road noise was a shame but you do get used to it . The walk to sea town is lovely down some cute country lanes and the vintage market at Bridport is fantastic- highly recommend for a great vibe and some great retro finds. Jane and Laurie were lovely, warm hosts. All in all, a lovely week away in the gorgeous Dorset countryside with lots to do right on the doorstep.

We had a lovely stay at the Burrow which was a great base to explore West Dorset. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The lay out is quirky but comfortable. We were easily able to prep meals in the kitchen area. We enjoyed the Clock Inn which is just across the road which had a great menu and good selection of beers.

We had a lovely stay at this charming cottage. It’s a cute, cosy place in a great location, just a short walk from the seaside. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. There’s also a pub literally 10 metres away, which was very convenient. The surrounding area is beautiful, with lovely bridle paths for walking and a stunning old church right next door, adding plenty of character to the setting. The TV was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evenings after a day exploring.A wonderful base for a seaside break, and we would happily stay again.
