The Burrow by St Giles 😀 - Loved the property very quaint & pretty good location. Owner did some nice touches, there was tea, coffee & sugar & a little carton of milk & washing supplies & red sauce etc, I did actually bring stuff but didn't need too. 😞 - The traffic literally shook the cottage, I appreciate its on Main St but from 5am it felt like non stop lorries so if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Couldn't turn on the heating the boost didn't seem to work but we had blankets so wasn't the end of the world.

Just returned from the burrow, what a great find!! we've stayed in lots of airbnb's,the burrow has been the most comfortable and homley so far.Jane was lovely, very helpful, she suggested the perfect restaurant for my fathers birthday meal ( The olive tree in Bridport) making him feel very special when she popped in with a bottle of wine. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking equipment, which is sometimes not the case.walking in through the gardens into The Burrow is lovely, the place is well kept and truly loved by the hosts.Big thank you, hoping to return sometime x

We’ve had a wonderful week with our friends & their dog in Jane’s beautiful, honey-coloured, thatched cottage. It’s so clean, comfortable & well-equipped, we wanted for nothing. Jane is a very welcoming, easy-going & helpful host. Chideock is perfectly placed for exploring this lovely part of Dorset, made even easier by the convenient parking for both our cars. Our favourite evening spot is the walkable (20 mins for us) Anchor Inn at Seatown Beach - just the spot for great food & watching the sun go down. We were five adults & the bedrooms worked for us as the actual arrangement provides privacy & good access to the bathroom for all. We have a week of great memories & hope to visit again.

had a lovely week at Chiddy nook . Had a great Sunday lunch at the Clocknouse Inn. everything was great apart from the busy road which was tricky to cross with the dogs. Really liked Seatown beach and went nearly every day.
