Lovely few days away in Chiddy Nook. The cottage was very cosy with everything you might need. We arrived early but Jane was very accommodating and we were able to get into the cottage straight away. We visited the local beaches which our dogs thoroughly enjoyed. Our dogs also loved the cottage and settled well despite usually being very anxious. Very relaxing few days away from real life.

We enjoyed staying at Jane’s. The cottage is cosy in winter and the church bells on the Sunday were a nice bonus. The selection of books, DVDs, and board games is also super. Although there is Netflix and internet, it was nice to revert back to how holidays used to be whereby your entertainment was guided by what was available for selection. We enjoyed this very much and it reminded us of some of the good holidays we had a few years ago. The cottage is extremely clean. We were asked to remove the bedding for washing at the end of our stay which was a first for us noting there is a cleaning fee included, but it wasn’t a hassle nor did it detract from our stay in anyway. The cottage is about 4min drive to a great beach which allows dogs during the winter months. Overall, we had a great stay and thanks to Jane for accommodating us last minute.
